我們持有的個人資料類別

我們會在下述五類情況收集及持有您的個人資料：

1. 瀏覽記錄：我們不會在您瀏覽我們的網站時收集任何足以辨識個人身份的資料。當您瀏覽我們的網站時，我們的網絡服務供應商會記錄您曾瀏?過我們的網站，並不收集任何您的個人資料。該記錄是顯示您的地域名稱、伺服器地址及所瀏覽的網頁。

2. 登記為會員：當您登記成為會員及開設帳戶時，我們會收集您的個人資料包括足以辨識個人身份的資料(例如您的姓名、年齡、性別、電話號碼、職業、電郵地址、通訊地址等)。我們會用您的個人資料辦理您的會員登記申請、購物交易、帳戶資料管理、核實交易及作我們的直接市場推廣 / 直銷之用。

3. 團購記錄： 當您在我們的網站登記團購時，我們會收集您的個人資料包括足以辨識個人身份的資料(例如您的姓名、年齡、性別、電話號碼、職業、電郵地址、通訊地址等)。我們會用您的個人資料辦理您的團購登記、核實交易及作我們的直接市場推廣 / 直銷之用。

4. 招聘： 當您在我們網站內的招聘網頁填寫職位申請表格時，我們會收集您的個人資料。我們只會用您的個人資料於您的職位申請及評估您是否適合擔任所申請的職位，以及在您獲挑選出任該職位時，用作與您商討初步的薪酬、花紅及福利。

5. 查閱及/或改正資料要求 / 一般查詢：為正確地處理您的查閱及/或改正資料要求或查詢，您須提供您的個人資料給我們作核實用途。我們會保存您的查閱及/或改正資料要求或查詢作為證明之用。

實務

當我們獲得您的個人資料後會將之穩當地儲存在我們的系統內。我們會竭力確保您的個人資料受到適當保管，但在互聯網世界「黑客」技術日新月異，我們不能保證有完美的保護。
我們只讓獲授權的職員才可存取您的個人資料。除供本集團內部使用，我們不會向第三者洩露您的個人資料。
我們不時會依您的個人資料以電話、電子郵件或直接郵寄我們的產品及服務的直銷資訊及函件給您。若您在今後的任何時間不想收我們的直銷資訊及函件，您可依本《私隱政策聲明》結尾所列的方式或載於我們的直銷資訊及函件內的方式向我們提出要求。您須在書面要求內列明您的個人資料包括您在我們網站登記的姓名、電話、電郵地址、您的會員號碼及登入我們網站的登入名稱。
我們會起用第三者內容供應商及服務供應商，並提供接駁到其他網站的連結。他們會在您瀏覽他們的網站時收集您的個人資料。他們會採用自己訂立的私隱政策聲明及實務，所以我們的《私隱政策聲明》及實務對他們並不適用。我們建議您先考慮這因素才瀏?他們的網站。

關於使用曲奇檔案

當您瀏覽我們的網站時，一些曲奇檔案將會儲存於您電腦的硬碟內。這些曲奇檔案只為瀏覽 我們的網站之用。在此情況下，曲奇檔案將不會收集您的任何個人資料。您可選擇不接收曲奇檔案，但您若不接收曲奇檔案的話，我們的網站某些功能〔例如展示橫額的功能〕可能無法運作。

有關提出查閱及/或改正資料要求或就我們遵守「條例」責任的查詢，須以書面傳真至 2396 2321或經電郵  privacy@winsorhk.com 或郵寄往九龍彌敦道639號雅蘭中心一期13字樓1318室 向我們的「行政及法律部經理」提出。我們保留向您收取處理您的查閱及/或改正資料要求的合理費用。

Privacy Policy Statement

We pledges to meet fully, and where possible exceed, internationally recognized standards of personal data privacy protection, in complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance”).  In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. 
In this policy, the term “Personal Data” has the meaning as defined in the means the Ordinance.

Types of Personal Data Collected and Held

There are five broad categories of personal data collected from you and held with us. They are personal data contained in:

1. Record of your visit :  We do not collect any personal identifiable information from you during your browsing of our website.  When visit our website, our service provider will record your visit only as a “hit” and do not collect any Personal Data from you. The record of visit will show only your domain name, Domain Name Server address and the web pages you have visited. 

2. Member registration : Personal Data including personal identifiable information of you (such as your name, age, gender, telephone number, occupation email address, correspondence address etc.) will be collected if you register as a member of our group and set up an user account.  We will use your Personal Data for the purpose of processing your member registration, purchase orders, managing your account with us, verifying the transactions and our direct marketing / sales purposes.

3. Groupon purchase :  Personal Data including personal identifiable information of you (such as your name, age, gender, telephone number, occupation email address, correspondence address etc.) will be collected if you register for Groupon purchase.  We will use your Personal Data for the purpose of processing your Groupon purchase registration, verifying the transactions and our direct marketing / sales purposes.

4. Recruitment : We will collect Personal Data of you if you fill in the application form for our group’s job vacancies.  Personal Data we collect will be used only in processing your job application and to assess your suitability to assume the job duties of the position for which you have applied and to determine preliminary remuneration, bonus payment, and benefits package to be discussed with you subject to selection for the position. It is our policy to retain your Personal Data for future recruitment purposes for a period of six months if your application is unsuccessful.

5. Data access and correction requests / General enquiries:  In order for us to process your data access and correction request or general enquiries correctly, you are required to provide us with your Personal Data for verification purpose.  We will keep your data access request and the Personal Data you provided as a proof.

Practices

Once we have obtained your Personal Data, it will be stored and maintained securely in our system.  We shall use our best endeavours to ensure your Personal Data is properly protected but no guarantee can be given as hacking techniques keep charging in internet world.
Only the authorized staff will be permitted to access to your Personal Data.  No release of your Personal Data to any third party will be permitted except to those parties within our group.

We may from time to time make telephone calls, email and direct mailings containing our products and services to you based on your Personal Data.  If you do not want to receive our direct marketing information or mails anytime in the future, you may make a request to us in accordance with the manners as stated at the end of this policy or other manners as stated in our direct marketing information or mails.  In your written request, you should clearly state details of your Personal Data including your full name, telephone number, email address you have registered with us, your membership number and user login name to our web site. 

We may engage third party content providers and service providers to provide more information and services to you and we may provide links to other websites as well.  These third party parties may collect your Personal Data when you visit their websites.  Those parties will adopt their own privacy policies and practices, thus our Privacy Policy Statement does not apply to them.  You are advised to consider this before you visit their websites.   

Use of cookies

When you browse this web site, cookies will be stored in your computer's hard drive. The purpose of using cookies is for internal navigation / programming only. We will not collect any personal data from you under this circumstance. You have a choice not to accept the cookies, but if you do, certain functionality, e.g. banner display may not be available.

Data access and/or correction requests / General enquires

Data access and/or correction requests or general enquiries regarding our compliance with our obligations under the Ordinance should be in writing to our Legal and Administration Manager by fax to no.2396 2321 or via email to privacy@winsorhk.com or mail to Unit 1318, 13/F., One Grand Tower, No.639 Nathan Road, Kowloon. We reserve our right to charge you a reasonable fee for processing your data access and/or correction request.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
