For example, a Vendor has a product of his own to sell, but would like to offer an
upsell to increase his average order size. He discovers eDrive's services, which is
relevant and attractive to the same audience. He contacts eDrive and asks to include
eDrive's products as an upsell offer after the sale of his own product. eDrive reviews
the vendor's request and upon approval, create's an Upsell JV Contract (REV-
SHARE) and pays a share of the proceeds of any upsell sales of eDrive's products
