Is an online deposit required to hold a vehicle? Top
A deposit is not required. All vehicles listed on EDRIVE are always subject to prior sale and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Where can I take delivery of the vehicle? Top
Delivery of your vehicle takes place at the dealership unless you desire to ship your vehicle.
What happens if the make and model of my choice isn't physically located near my home? Top
You can search thousands of pre-auction vehicles from across the country. If you find the perfect vehicle, your auto specialist will provide you with a reasonable shipping quote to have the vehicle shipped to your door.
Am I obligated to purchase the vehicle once I've submitted an online vehicle request and accepted the Price Lock Guarantee? Top
An online vehicle request does not obligate you to buy anything. By submitting your request, your are asking the auto specialist to contact you to assist you and answer your questions. You are free to stop contact at anytime with no obligations.
What about the condition of these vehicles? How can I be sure that regular scheduled maintenance have been performed? Top

This eliminates the need to negotiate, which enables you to review product specifications and make real price trade-offs without the need to waste time haggling over prices - making car shopping more pleasant and low key.
Are there any other costs? Top
Typically, the selling prices listed do not include state and local sales tax or handling charges. Since these amounts vary by city, state, customer and date, it is not possible to show them online. It is always better to contact the auto specialist at the dealership to get a specific "all-in" price for the vehicle chosen.
Why do prices vary between similar vehicles? Top
